Eumundi is home to one of Australia’s largest and longest running artisan markets. The Eumundi Chamber of Commerce was first established in 1955 and seeks to represent and support local businesses in and around Eumundi.
As part of the 50th anniversary of the naming of the Sunshine Coast, Eumundi partnered with the Sunshine Coast Council to celebrate its story. Over the course of a weekend the festivities included bushtucker delicacies and indigenous experiences at Deadly Espresso Café, a retro dance party at Joe’s Waterhole with a Grande Parade down Memorial Drive as the headline.
The new Eumundi Brewery at the iconic Imperial Hotel rocked out with live performances on the street including Eumundi School of Rock performers, Uncle Bob’s Jug Band and Mufassa and disco/pop dynamos Vaudeville Smash playing later that night. The events concluded on Sunday at Templeton’s Dance Studio.
Scope of work included branding, PR (press releases, social media campaign) and event management.
